Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of small business clients
* Review tax returns and financial reporting deliverables
* Mentor and support accounting staff
* Serve as the primary client contact for accounting and tax matters
* Monitor deadlines and client workflow
* Lead onboarding of new clients
* Provide guidance on bookkeeping and accounting issues
* Support process improvements and team initiatives
Qualifications:
* CPA or EA certification required
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
* Public accounting, tax, or small business accounting experience required
* Supervision experience required
* Quick Books Online experience preferred
