We are looking for a part-time accounts receivable clerk to support billing and collections activities for a long term contract position based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who can manage invoice workflows, maintain accurate contract-related records, and communicate clearly with clients to help resolve payment questions. The part-time position offers up to 30 hours per week during business hours and will play an important part in keeping receivables organized, timely, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain customer contract records within internal systems.
• Prepare and distribute invoices on a daily basis, ensuring monthly billing activity is completed with precision and on schedule.
• Monitor outstanding balances and conduct follow-up with business clients to encourage timely payment and reduce aging receivables.
• Review contract and invoice details in Salesforce and related platforms to confirm information is complete and aligned across systems.
• Assist with dunning and payment reminder activities while supporting efforts to standardize collection and billing procedures.
