What you’ll be doing:

Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate records
Assist with month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
Monitor expenses, support budgeting efforts, and track financial performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial data

What you bring:

Experience in accounting or finance with strong foundational knowledge
Solid understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books or similar) and Microsoft Excel
