What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and submit accurate client invoices, including progress and AIA billing
Track project billing status, ensuring alignment with contract terms and timelines
Work closely with project managers to gather billing details and resolve discrepancies
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audit readiness

What You Bring

2+ years of AR/billing experience, ideally within construction or project-based environments
Familiarity with AIA billing and lien waivers is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple billing cycles
Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
