Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Senior to join our Indianapolis office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients, mentoring staff, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
- Assist with tax planning and consulting for closely held businesses and individuals
- Research tax issues and communicate findings clearly
- Support client relationships and respond to tax-related questions
- Mentor staff and interns as needed
- Help manage deadlines, workflow, and engagement quality

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required - CPA or CPA candidate preferred - 4+ years of public accounting tax experience preferred
- Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-focused environment
