Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting

Manage inventory accounting and cost accounting activities

Develop, maintain, and enhance internal controls and compliance procedures

Coordinate external audits and support reporting requirements

Partner with operations and plant leadership to provide financial analysis and business insights

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiencies

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Manufacturing accounting experience required

Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience working in a plant, manufacturing, or operational environment

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
