• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing and vendor transactions
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing and collections
• Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting support
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate transactions

• Prior accounting experience with AP, AR, and account reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
