Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliations

Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to drive informed business decisions

Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory standards

Manage and mentor a small accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration

Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to improve financial processes and controls

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)

6+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

Proficiency with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar, and advanced Excel skills

Proven leadership ability, strong problem-solving skills, and a process-improvement mindset
