What you’ll be doing:

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
• Monitor expenses, support budgeting efforts, and track financial performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial data

What you bring:

• Experience in accounting or finance with strong foundational knowledge
• Solid understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
