Hands-on role with exposure to both accounting operations and project financials

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis to support business decisions

Partner with project managers to track budgets, job costs, and contract billings

Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes

Assist in developing and refining accounting policies and internal controls

Prepare for annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP

Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus

4+ years of accounting experience; construction, real estate, or project-based experience preferred

Strong understanding of job costing and percentage-of-completion accounting

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel

Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a close-knit team environment
