Responsibilities:

• Maintain our balance sheet and monthly journal entries
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, and reports
• Process bi-weekly payroll, including tax filings and compliance
• Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycles
• Track fixed assets and calculate depreciation in our accounting system
• Review and approve business expenses and corporate credit card charges
• Complete ad hoc accounting projects and analyses

Requirements:

• Have 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Have proficiency in Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar accounting software
• Have experience of working in fast-paced startup environments
• Are comfortable handling ambiguity and working with minimal supervision
• Take the initiative to take your knowledge of processes and systems and recommend well-considered improvements
• Know how to implement a change and are good at predicting what the effects of it will be; you know how to "get it right" the first time
