Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Perform general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analysis. Prepare and post journal entries and support monthly close activities. Track and coordinate grants while maintaining accurate financial records. Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements. Monitor and reconcile cash and balance sheet accounts. Support process improvements, internal controls, and accounting system initiatives. Partner with internal departments to resolve accounting and financial issues.
Assist with governmental billings, banking activities, and other accounting operations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of accounting experience; nonprofit accounting experience preferred. Grant management or grant accounting experience strongly preferred. Strong technical aptitude and experience working with accounting systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains is a plus. CPA, MBA, CGMS, or similar credential preferred but not required.
