Key Responsibilities for the Controller:Oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close
Lead consolidation of financial statements across multiple locations and business units
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Supervise, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals
Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
Manage both internal and external audit processes
Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with operational leaders across locations
Qualifications for the Controller:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong experience with consolidation accounting and multi-location operations
Public company experience strongly preferred
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven leadership style
Excellent analytical, communication, and people management skills
Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel
