Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units

Drive cash flow optimization and investment planning initiatives

Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making

Oversee and refine payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

Partner with HR on compensation, benefits, bonuses, and deductions

Produce GAAP-compliant financial statements including P&L and balance sheets

Lead audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance efforts

Build, implement, and enforce internal controls and financial SOPs

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and procurement

Own and evolve the financial tech stack and ERP/accounting systems

5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience

3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role

Strong knowledge of GAAP and end-to-end financial operations

Experience in fast-growing or evolving environments; service, construction, or project-based industries a plus

ERP or accounting system implementation experience strongly preferred

CPA preferred but not required
