Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations and the month-end close process.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses.
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff while creating accountability within the department.
Strengthen internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
Partner with leadership and operational teams to drive financial performance and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager.
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and internal controls.
Proven ability to develop and mentor less experienced accounting professionals.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
