Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of grant accounting, including tracking, reporting, compliance, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Monitor grant expenditures and ensure compliance with funding requirements
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Support annual audits and coordinate required financial documentation
Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to nonprofit accounting standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of accounting experience
Required:

Prior nonprofit accounting experience
Required:

Strong grant accounting and grant reporting experience
Knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting regulations
CPA or CPA-track candidates preferred
Advanced Excel and accounting software experience
