What You'll Do

Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule
Maintain payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies
Respond to employee payroll questions and provide exceptional support
Assist with year-end processes including W-2s, tax filings, and audits

What We're Looking For

3+ years of payroll processing experience
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
CPP certification is a plus but not required
