• Lead month-end and year-end close processes while providing accurate financial reporting and business insights.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and SOPs across multiple locations to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Manage inventory accounting, profitability analysis, sales tax reporting, and daily financial reporting.
• Oversee and support AP and AR functions while ensuring strong internal controls and accurate financial records.
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including insurance and 401(k) coordination, while partnering with leadership on additional operational initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent accounting experience.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong financial reporting and close process knowledge.
• Outgoing, relationship-focused personality with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities; multi-location accounting experience is a strong plus.
