Controller
Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 base salary + performance bonus

- Serve as a key business partner to executive leadership, helping drive strategic decisions and financial performance across the organization.
- Lead the accounting function with two direct reports, providing mentorship, development, and leadership while maintaining a hands-on role.
- Highly visible position with direct exposure to senior leadership and the ability to influence company-wide initiatives.

- Competitive compensation package including a base salary of $135K-$165K plus bonus potential.
- Fully in-office role offering close collaboration with operations, leadership, and the accounting team.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger management, and internal controls.
- Manage and develop a team of two accounting professionals while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to accounting best practices.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and provide meaningful insights to leadership regarding business performance.
- Partner with operations and executive management on budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate audits, ensure compliance with GAAP, and continuously evaluate opportunities for process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls.
