Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Own the accounting and advisory experience for a portfolio of business-owner clients

• Review month-end close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements

• Lead client meetings and communicate financial results, KPIs, cash flow, and business performance insights

• Coordinate and review work completed by accounting support team members

• Identify accounting issues and ensure accurate, client-ready financial reporting

• Improve workflows and help drive operational efficiencies across client engagements

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, public accounting, or a multi-client accounting environment

• Strong experience overseeing month-end close and reviewing financial statements and supporting work papers

• Proficiency with Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel
