Indianapolis, IN $26–33/hour Fully onsite for the first 6 months, then 1 WFH day/week based on performance

A growing organization is looking for an AP Specialist to join their accounting team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in their accounting skills, and looking for a role with a clear path for growth.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions
• Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and expense reports
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve questions and discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and account reconciliations

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Ideally 2–3+ years of AP/accounting experience
• Open to recent college graduates with internship experience and strong technical accounting skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confident communicator who is comfortable working with clients and vendors
• Professional and polished personality
• Property management experience is a plus
