Controller

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

• Direct partnership with the CFO and visibility to executive leadership

• Opportunity to lead the accounting function for a $40M revenue organization

• Broad scope covering financial reporting, operational performance, and margin analysis

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the organization

• Manage month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial statements

• Oversee banking relationships, cash management, and payment approvals

• Supervise payroll approval processes and treasury-related activities

• Monitor operational performance, margins, and financial metrics

• Coordinate annual audit activities and maintain strong internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Current or recent Controller-level experience required

• Experience with in organizations generating $30M+ in annual revenue

• Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression

• Multi-location accounting experience preferred

• Private equity-backed company experience preferred

• Experience with Dynamics, Claude, or similar financial systems preferred
