Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and management reports.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts in partnership with leadership.
• Support audits, inventory accounting, cost accounting activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience with strong knowledge of financial reporting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
