Executive Administrative Assistant
- Onsite, Indianapolis

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting top executives? LHH is currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a fully onsite opportunity with a top client on the east side of Indianapolis.

What You'll Do:

* Manage complex, fast-paced calendars and scheduling for C-suite or executive leaders

* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure executives are fully prepared

* Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and keep projects on schedule

* Work closely with internal stakeholders to set and maintain timelines

* Draft professional communications and maintain strong relationships across teams

* Proactively identify ways to streamline processes and boost productivity

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years supporting senior executives (VP or C-suite) in dynamic environments

* Proven expertise in complex calendaring and high-volume coordination

* Strong project management skills and ability to drive accountability

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

* Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, and productivity tools

* Adaptable, organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
