About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Patient Scheduling Representative to support a leading healthcare system. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and is passionate about delivering compassionate service.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Model:
Hybrid (4-6 weeks onsite training, then remote)
Key Responsibilities
+ Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
+ Follow and reinforce all case scheduling policies and procedures
+ Communicate important details related to appointments with patients and care teams
+ Complete and audit electronic patient documentation in a timely manner
+ Maintain accuracy while handling high-volume scheduling tasks and deadlines
+ Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
+ Provide professional, empathetic communication with patients, peers, and leadership
Required Qualifications
+ 2+ years of recent call center experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
