Job Details

  • Lead, develop, and support a 3-person administrative team including an Office Coordinator, Executive Admin, and Business Support Specialist
  • Own the client onboarding process end to end, ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm's standard of professionalism
  • Support accounts receivable functions and document management across the firm in partnership with leadership
  • Serve as a calm, steady presence in the office — the go-to person for the team when priorities shift and problems need solving
  • Partner directly with the COO to drive operational initiatives and continuously improve administrative processes firm-wide
