Summary:

This contractor role supports the Social Impact Strategy and Community Engagement team by providing hands-on program operations and administrative support to enable fast, effective delivery of community and stakeholder-focused initiatives. The position reports to the Associate Vice President - Social Impact Strategy and partners closely with Community Engagement site leadership, Volunteerism, and Giving teams, plus internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Donation, sponsorship, and payment processing:
Coordinate payments, manage donation/sponsorship intake, approve matching gift requests, and administer the giving platform (including nonprofit nominations and communications).

• Data and reporting:
Maintain the community engagement database; collect, verify, and report program metrics/KPIs for surveys, annual reporting, dashboards, and status updates.

• Program and compliance support:
Coordinate and track contracts, donation agreements, and MOUs; manage documentation to ensure internal/external compliance.

• Communications and storytelling:
Update internal/external Social Impact websites; support internal and external communications; develop templates, presentations, and program materials that highlight impact.

• Operations and administration:
Manage inbox and inbound requests, schedule meetings and logistics, track budgets/forecasting, improve workflows, and coordinate sponsorship/events and participation tracking.

• AI-enabled efficiency:
Use AI tools to streamline work, optimize workflows, and build automation/agents where appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 2+ years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in nonprofit/philanthropy/corporate social impact/community engagement

• Familiarity with community partnerships and place-based initiatives

• Experience supporting programs across multiple sites or in a matrixed organization

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for workflow automation

• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills

• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with a proactive problem-solving approach
