• Support the administration and facilitation of the enterprise Data Governance program.
• Coordinate governance-related activities, communications, and deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Develop, maintain, and update policies, procedures, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure governance documentation remains current, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Assist with data quality, data stewardship, and compliance initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and distribute data and governance information to business partners and leadership teams.
• Monitor and track governance work streams, action items, and program deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure governance processes are adopted and followed consistently.
• Serve as a reliable point of coordination, helping keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support the execution and day-to-day facilitation of a growing Data Governance program. This individual will serve as a steady, organized presence within the team, helping coordinate governance initiatives, maintain documentation, support audits, and ensure data-related processes are followed consistently across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to remain calm and effective in dynamic environments.

They should be comfortable working independently, managing assigned work streams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive governance activities to completion.
