SummaryThis Project Manager role supports Pharmacy Services and partners closely with Pharmacy Services leadership to advance operational excellence and deliver strategic priorities. Responsibilities include managing project plans, milestones, and dependencies; driving governance and executive reporting; and ensuring risks, issues, and decisions are tracked and resolved across the portfolio. The position requires driving cross-functional collaboration across customer experience, dispense operations, risk, contracting, logistics, packaging, external vendors, and internal partners within a fast-paced, highly regulated, and accelerated environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience supporting or leading projects, programs, or business initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team across multiple concurrent work streams while managing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience leading cross-functional project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Experience partnering with operational teams spanning dispense operations, contracting, logistics, packaging, and external vendor partners in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
- Experience coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking action items through completion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to work independently and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working within a PMO or project governance framework.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer services, or regulated industry experience.
- Experience supporting leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Change management experience (Prosci or equivalent).
- Experience with portfolio reporting, dashboard development, and business process improvement.
