Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a leading healthcare technology client supporting Clinical Engineering initiatives. This individual will serve as the bridge between Commercial and Implementation teams, partnering closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and operational stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and solve business challenges through data. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, enjoys investigating complex problems, and can determine whether new tools, features, and process improvements are worth pursuing based on measurable business impact.

Leveraging Snowflake, SQL, and stakeholder insights, this person will research opportunities, analyze operational performance, measure ROI and adoption, develop business recommendations, and support product roadmap decisions that improve technician workflows and overall operational efficiency. Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities.

Analyze operational and business data using Snowflake.

Research and evaluate new products, features, tools, and workflow enhancements.

Build SQL queries and perform data analysis to determine business value, ROI, adoption potential, and cost savings opportunities.

Develop recommendations based on data findings.

Identify process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization opportunities for Clinical Engineering teams.

Gather and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into user stories and product recommendations.

Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization efforts.

Establish and track success metrics, adoption measurements, and ROI for product initiatives.

Analyze utilization and operational performance data.

Validate proposed solutions before development investments are made.

Support ongoing Clinical Engineering product initiatives across Commercial and Implementation teams.
