What's A Typical Day As Training Associate? You'll Be:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining platform-specific training content under global standards and governance frameworks.
  • Partnering with site Subject Matter Experts and Platform Leads to ensure training content remains compliant and aligned with manufacturing needs.
  • Applying process-based curricula principles and organizing content by manufacturing process with task-level qualification.
  • Supporting content governance, feeding gaps and site needs to Platform Lead and COE for resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations, and Engineering to optimize curriculum and training execution.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives such as Time to Qualification optimization and OJT standardization.
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree, OR at least 10 years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • Possess expertise in Learning Development, instructional design, or Manufacturing/Quality operations.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of GxP, GMP, regulatory requirements, and compliance training.
  • Are proficient in curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements.
  • Have experience with platform-specific manufacturing processes (e.g., PFS, Cartridge, DAP/EM, Chemical, Biologics).
  • Are familiar with digital learning tools, DOJT/OJT standardization, and HR/learning systems such as Workday or Success Factors.
  • Have strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple sites and time zones.
  • Are proficient in English, both written and verbal.
