Construction Superintendent

I'm partnering with a well-established general contractor is expanding their Indianapolis operations and needs a Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects in the area.

What They Need:

* 8+ years commercial construction experience

* 5+ years as a lead superintendent on ground-up projects ($10M+)

* Strong client-facing communication skills

* Proficiency with construction software (Procore or similar)

* Ability to create and manage construction schedules

Work Environment

This role requires on-site presence with a typical workweek of 40-50 hours, extending to 5 10-hour days during busy seasons. The environment demands adaptability to weather conditions and project timelines. The company values family time and offers immediate employment upon hiring. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $165000.00/hr.
