We are a growing, well-established commercial construction company seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead projects in the Indianapolis market. This role is ideal for a field leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and team leadership—and who wants to be part of an employee-owned (ESOP) company where everyone has a stake in the outcome.
As an employee-owner, your leadership in the field directly contributes to the long-term success of the company—and to your own future. Our ESOP structure creates:
- A culture of accountability and pride in workmanship
- Long-term financial growth tied to company performance
- Teams that collaborate because success is shared
- Stability and a long-term mindset, not short-term churn
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation
- ESOP ownership at no cost to you
- Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement)
- Local and regional projects with a strong backlog
- Supportive leadership that values field expertise
- A culture where Superintendents are empowered, trusted, and respected
- Long-term career stability with a company built to last

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety-first culture
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily work activities

- Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project management, owners, and design teams
- Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation
