Superintendent
We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for organizing jobsite activity, coordinating subcontractors, and partnering closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
The ideal candidate brings strong blueprint interpretation skills, the ability to lead trades effectively, and the discipline to maintain quality standards while protecting cost and schedule performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize all jobsite work for assigned commercial projects
- Schedule and direct subcontractors to maintain production flow and quality standards
- Ensure plans and specifications are executed accurately in the field
- Complete daily reporting in Procore and track job progress
- Collaborate weekly with the Project Manager on subcontractor pay applications, budgets, and change orders
Requirements
- Experience supervising commercial construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing jobsite logistics
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
- Working knowledge of scheduling and cost control processes
