As a Construction Manager, you will lead restoration rebuild projects from inspection through completion. You will inspect losses, write estimates (docusketch), negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction. This revenue-generating role manages $1.5-$2 million in annual project volume while building lasting relationships with clients and insurance partners. When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need project managers who do the same.

Compensation & Benefits:
