Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing a wide range of construction projects from beginning to end. This role would focus on hotels. Project Managers must be flexible and adaptable with good time management skills and excellent customer service skills.

Job responsibilities include creating, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules; serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of the job; accurately estimating cost, materials, and laborers needed for construction in cooperation with others; evaluating alternative methods of construction for cost efficiency and quality; establishing standard operating procedures based on evaluation of methods of construction; ordering materials and scheduling inspections as necessary;
reviewing and approving or rejecting all invoices; issuing all subcontracts with consistent direction and accuracy; establishing quality control standards and supervising their implementation; accurately reviewing and approving weekly production reports, timesheets, and other records; keeping abreast of the latest trends of the Construction industry; and maintaining a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and customers.
Preferred knowledge, skills, education, and experience include a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or a related field, or 7 to 10 years equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, the ability to give clear directions and respond to inquiries, and exceptional customer service skills.
The Project Manager's physical condition must be sufficient for the consistent and successful completion of the responsibilities defined for this position. This position frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
