We are hiring experienced Civil Superintendents and Foremen for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a growing heavy civil contractor in the Greater Indianapolis area.
Projects include earthwork, excavation, grading, underground utilities, storm and sanitary sewer, water main installation, roadway work, and site development.
Responsibilities include leading daily field operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a safe jobsite.

Have previous leadership experience in heavy civil construction and strong communication and organizational skills.
