5+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations
Proven experience as a lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects
Experience managing large, multi-trade job sites with aggressive schedules
Ability to interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
Experience coordinating and supervising multiple subcontractors simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and means and methods
Experience managing project safety programs and enforcing jobsite safety standards
Ability to lead daily field operations, including scheduling, coordination, and site meetings
Experience working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners
Ability to manage quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements
Strong leadership presence on-site with ability to drive accountability across trades
Experience with construction software and field reporting tools
Ability to manage project closeout, punch lists, and turnover processes
Strong communication skills with field crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
