AAA Asphalt Group is continuing to develop a crew of operators and laborers who are built different, think different, and who believe in purpose, standing together, and seeing the job through. We don't need warm bodies, and we're not interested in training people how to work hard. We need experienced asphalt professionals who already know what that means - and prove it before the rest of your crew shows up.

THE POSITIONS

You move the equipment. You own the timeline. Loading and unloading rollers, pavers, and skid steers on and off a lowboy without drama - tight commercial sites, early morning departures, no excuses. You've done it before. You don't need to be shown twice. Experience in residential and commercial asphalt paving puts you at the top of our list.

You know what a tight joint looks like. You know what a failed one costs. You've run breakdown and finish, and you understand why the difference matters. Don't apply if you think rolling is just driving in circles. Apply if you take the finish personally.

CDL-A/B. Clean record preferred. You know how to run a truck in sync with a paving operator - timing, communication, coordination. You take care of your equipment because you understand it's how your livelihood moves. Hauling asphalt on commercial or residential projects is strongly preferred.

The ground crew is where the difference between a good crew and a great one shows up. Clean joints, sharp edges, keep moving. If you need someone to motivate you to work hard, this isn't your spot. If motivation is the last thing you need, come talk to us.

• 50-60 hours a week. The season is short. The work doesn't wait.
• Full equipment pre-check before every shift - fluids, brakes, tires, lights, hydraulics, trailer connections. We don't ask. You know why.
• Experience in residential and commercial asphalt paving. Major plus. Will directly impact your rate.
• You’re an absolute DOG. You work when it's hot. You work when it's early. You work until the job is done because you take pride in your craft and you expect the same from everyone standing next to you.

One thing we are crystal clear on:
Lie on your application and see what happens. We verify experience. We call references. We know this industry and we will know immediately. Anyone who misrepresents their qualifications will be terminated on the spot - no conversation, no second chance, no exceptions. Come as you are. Be honest about where you are. We can build from honest. We cannot build from fiction.
