Retrieve and prepare work orders and load necessary equipment and supplies for each job;
Explain restoration processes and next steps to customers in person using printed materials as a guide;
Complete assigned water restoration jobs with quality control on each site;
Perform water damage repair tasks including water extraction, contents pack-out, removal of non-salvageable materials, and light construction/demolition as directed;
Monitor and adjust the drying plan based on meter readings and document outcomes for customers and insurance reimbursement
