• Experience leading 300K–500K sq. ft. warehouse builds
• History of delivering 10–12M projects, including multiple warehouse builds

Job Description

A client in the Columbus, OH area is seeking a Project Lead for a top industrial concrete construction client. This individual will be responsible for leading large-scale flatwork and tilt-up warehouse projects from planning through execution. The Project Lead will own project budgets, schedules, safety, and production while coordinating closely with field leadership and customers. This role is ideal for a seasoned concrete leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership of their work, and has a proven track record delivering complex warehouse and industrial builds successfully.

Day-to-Day

• Own full lifecycle execution of concrete construction projects
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and logistics plans
• Coordinate with field leaders, operations, subcontractors, and customers
• Manage job costs, cost codes, and budgets to hit financial targets
• Lead tilt-up operations including:
  Pouring warehouse floors, Forming walls, and Standing panels
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and production performance
• Adjust manpower, equipment, and work plans based on daily job cost data
• Conduct site walks, safety observations, and corrective action planning
• Mentor and develop foremen and field leadership
• Deliver customer updates, daily reports, and close-out activities
