Full Time, Direct Hire, Long Term. Pay Rate: $76.92 - $88.94 / hour
Duties:
- Oversee commercial construction projects with a focus on automotive dealerships
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and construction regulations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clients
- Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, primarily from the office (~90% of the time)
- Possess significant, "hands-on" experience in commercial construction, with a deep, practical understanding of the actual construction process.
- Demonstrated history of working extensively on job sites and being directly involved in construction execution.
- Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and direct Construction Superintendents and site-based teams.
Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
