Job Description:
We are seeking a local Construction Project Manager with HVAC experience. This role is somewhat unique because it requires a combination of skills - strong understanding of HVAC and associated mechanical systems, project estimating, and construction/installation operations. This person will need to have experience managing installation projects from both a technical and financial perspective. Expect to support multiple, local, HVAC construction projects at one time upwards of $2 million in total budget.
