Serves as a vital communication link between the IU Health Department of Public Safety and guests and team members.;
Works independently in a high-stress environment while receiving and evaluating incoming emergency and administrative calls for service.;
Triages requests for service, provides guidance and assistance, and coordinates appropriate responses.;
Utilizes proper radio communication.;
Enters and maintains accurate computer records in various programs, including a Computer Aided Dispatch System.
