LHH Talent - - Responsibilities:
Receive a high volume of incoming calls from the company's main phone line;
Connect callers to the appropriate people and locations in an efficient manner;
Maintain excellent customer service while handling calls from both internal and external customers;
Utilize multiple resources and systems to access the appropriate information to relay to callers in a swift manner;
Complete paging requests from physicians and team members; page out to the trauma team and call out Code Blues on the intercom system
