Position: Medical Customer Service (Switchboard)
Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an impressive healthcare company in search of a contract-to-hire Switchboard Operator in the Indianapolis, IN area!

What You'll Be Doing

* Receive a high volume of incoming calls from the company's main phone line.

* Connect callers to the appropriate people and locations in an efficient manner.

* Maintain excellent customer service while handling calls from both internal and external customers.

* Utilize multiple resources and systems to access the appropriate information to relay to callers in a swift manner.

* Complete paging requests from physicians and team members as needed.

* Page out to the trauma team for any trauma calls and call out Code Blues on the intercom system at the hospitals.

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 1 year of recent call center or dispatch experience required.

* Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times required.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.

Work Hours:

2:00 PM to 11:30 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (Morning hours during training)

Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
