Role Summary

As Event Coordinator, you will support the delivery of FKL race events, helping manage customer experience, paddock operations, event administration and operational preparation.

You will be a key part of the race weekend team, ensuring events run smoothly, professionally and to a high standard. As we continue to grow, we're looking for energetic, resilient and customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced event environments and enjoy being part of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

Event Operations

  • Support race weekend delivery and event execution.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, sign-on and customer flow.
  • Coordinate paddock operations and Driver Training activities.
  • Support event set-up, packing and operational preparation.

Customer Experience

  • Act as a professional and approachable point of contact for customers.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues where required.
  • Maintain high standards of event presentation and professionalism.

Administration & Logistics

  • Complete event reports and operational administration.
  • Maintain accurate operational systems and records.
  • Support stock management, kit preparation and equipment readiness.

Content & Community

  • Support content capture and social media activity during events.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for FAT Karting League.

  • Smooth and professional event delivery.
  • Strong customer experience standards.
  • Reliable operational support for the Hub Manager.
  • Well-organised paddock and event operations.
Job Requirements

Essential

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Organised, proactive and resilient attitude.
  • Karting experience or understanding of karting environments.
  • Weekend and travel availability.

Desirable

  • Experience in customer-facing or live event roles.
  • Experience supporting social media or content creation.
