Customer Service Representative Coordinator

Summary DaMar Staffing Solutions of Indianapolis ("DaMar") is a premier boutique recruitment firm offering full-service contingency base solutions for administrative and professional level staffing for all industries. The Customer Service Representative Coordinator is responsible for focusing on conducting concierge calls to companies/clients. The primary responsibilities include updating client information, assessing client needs and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phones, excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned):
High volume of outbound calls daily to previous clients and prospect companies to update and verify contact details, services preferences and account status. Must be okay with being on the phone at least 70% percent of the time or 3 hours daily. Make a minimum of 60 calls a day to companies. Must accomplish performance metrics. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction during calls.

Engage clients in meaningful conversations to identify their current and future service needs. Document client requirements accurately in the CRM (Zoho) system and relay information to the appropriate team members and or department. Suggest additional services or solutions tailored to client needs, when appropriate. Address client inquiries and concerns effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate team members. Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams including recruiters, sourcers, operations, executive team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements High School diploma or GED, or a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience providing customer service Must have people skills. Comfortable making outbound calls. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Email. Must be energetic, organized, and dependable

Hours:

8:30am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch). Hours can vary. Base pay: $17.00 hourly to $20.00 hourly plus incentives/commissions.
