Receive a high volume of incoming calls from the company's main phone line and route them appropriately;
Maintain excellent customer service while handling calls from internal and external customers;
Access information via multiple systems to relay to callers;
Complete paging requests from physicians and team members as needed;
Page the trauma team for trauma calls and announce Code Blues on the intercom system
