Switchboard Operator
Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an impressive healthcare company in search of a contract-to-hire Switchboard Operator in the Indianapolis, IN area! What You'll Be Doing
- Receive a high volume of incoming calls from the company's main phone line.
- Connect callers to the appropriate people and locations in an efficient manner.
- Maintain excellent customer service while handling calls from both internal and external customers.
- Utilize multiple resources and systems to access the appropriate information to relay to callers in a swift manner.
- Complete paging requests from physicians and team members as needed.
- Page out to the trauma team for any trauma calls and call out Code Blues on the intercom system at the hospitals.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of recent call center or dispatch experience required.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
Work Hours (Two Options Available):
- 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (Morning hours during training)
- 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (Morning hours during training)
Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
